Questions about support
wt999 has two support channels — 24-hour live chat and email. Live chat gives you instant help, and email lets you describe complex issues in detail. The email address is [email protected]. Support is available in both Bengali and English.
The wt999 support team is fluent in both Bengali and English. Bangladeshi players can easily ask questions in Bengali and receive answers in Bengali. The same quality of support is available in English as well.
Before reaching out, have your account username or registered email, the date and time of the issue, the transaction ID (if it is a payment matter), and a brief description of the problem ready. This helps the support team resolve your issue faster.
Yes. wt999's live chat support is active seven days a week, 24 hours a day. Whether it is late at night or early in the morning in Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6), a representative will be available whenever you need help.
Both channels are handled with equal priority. Email ([email protected]) is more suitable for complex issues or when you need to send documents. For quick questions, live chat is the more convenient option.

Sometimes a deposit may take a little time to reflect due to network delays. Wait a moment and refresh the page. If the problem persists after a long time, contact live chat or reach out to [email protected] with your transaction ID.
wt999 does not impose any deposit fee on its end. However, your mobile banking provider (bKash, Nagad, or Rocket) may charge a small service fee according to their own policy — check their respective apps for details.
Whether you use bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank transfer, the minimum deposit amount is ৳500 across all methods. This limit is the same for every channel, with no exceptions.

VIP program
Each week, a fixed percentage of your total wagers is returned to you as cashback. The rate varies by your VIP level — up to 0.2% at Bronze, up to 0.5% at Silver, up to 0.8% at Gold, and up to 1.0% at Platinum.
VIP members enjoy special promotion access, priority support, and a dedicated account manager in addition to the regular weekly cashback. Each benefit improves further as you move up to higher levels.
wt999 has four VIP levels in total: Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback; Silver — up to 0.5%; Gold — up to 0.8%; and Platinum — up to 1.0%. The higher the level, the more cashback you earn.
Your level upgrades automatically through regular participation in games and active wagering. The more active you are, the faster you can reach the next level. The system will notify you once you meet the specific criteria.
Cashback is calculated at the end of each calendar week and added to your account at the start of the following week. You can ask on live chat for the exact timing.

Yes, in a live dealer game a real dealer deals cards or spins the roulette wheel via a direct video stream from an actual studio. You can watch live on your mobile and place bets — just as if you were sitting right there in person.
Bet limits vary across different tables — lower-limit tables suit newer players while high-limit tables are for experienced players. The specific limits for each table are shown in the game lobby. You can ask on live chat for more details.
